Willpower boost

Willpower is a funny thing. They say it is like a muscle and the more you exercise it, the better you get at it. When you spend the day doing things that are good for you that you don’t really want to do but have to do (like taking out the garbage, doing dishes, etc.), it makes it that much easier to do things that are good for you that have a tangible benefit (going to yoga). Now just gotta make sure I don’t over do it and pull it like you can pull your muscles…
